Your 20-minute consultation is a complimentary opportunity to connect, ask questions, and explore whether hypnotherapy is the right fit for you. This brief session is designed to give you clarity around your goals, what you’re currently experiencing, and how subconscious work may support your desired changes. During our time together, we’ll discuss what’s bringing you to hypnotherapy, what you would like to shift or improve in your life, and what you hope to achieve moving forward. You’ll also have space to ask questions about the process, what sessions look like, and how we would approach your unique situation. This consultation is not a hypnotherapy session, but rather a supportive conversation to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and aligned before beginning deeper work. It allows us both to determine whether working together feels like the right fit. My intention is to create a grounded, welcoming space where you feel heard and understood from the very beginning. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, limiting beliefs, life transitions, confidence challenges, or emotional patterns, this consultation is the first step in exploring meaningful change.
