Hypnotherapy is a complementary wellness modality and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed mental health care. Services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Clients are advised to seek the care of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or psychological concerns. Hypnotherapy may be used as a supportive approach alongside other professional treatments, but should not replace them.
Results from hypnotherapy vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including personal commitment, openness to the process, and individual circumstances.
By participating in hypnotherapy sessions, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions, and you agree to hold the practitioner harmless from any liability related to your participation
Refund Policy - the basics
All hypnotherapy sessions and packages are non-refundable once booked. Due to the time, preparation, and energetic investment involved in each session, refunds are not offered for completed or missed appointments.
If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
In the rare event that a session cannot be completed due to circumstances on the practitioner’s end, the client will be offered a reschedule or credit toward a future session.

Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
This policy honors the time, preparation, and energetic space reserved for each client. Consistent last-minute reschedules may impact the ability to continue booking future sessions.
In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible. Compassion and flexibility may be extended at the practitioner’s discretion.
