Hi, I'm Colleen. I created this space to support people who are ready to heal, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change from within. My path into hypnotherapy came from a deep desire to understand the mind, emotions, and the patterns that shape our lives. Through my own personal growth journey, I discovered the powerful connection between the subconscious mind, emotional healing, and lasting transformation.I am passionate about helping clients move through challenges such as anxiety, self-doubt, emotional blocks, relationship patterns, grief, fear, and feeling disconnected from themselves. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and client-centered. I believe every person already holds the answers and strength within them, sometimes they simply need the right support to access it.In our sessions, I create a safe, supportive environment where you can relax, explore the deeper root of what is holding you back, and begin building healthier patterns that align with the life you want to create. My goal is to help you feel empowered, emotionally grounded, and more connected to your authentic self. How many sessions will I typically need?

The number of sessions varies based on your goals, personal history, and what you’re looking to achieve. Some clients experience noticeable shifts after just one session, while others find value in continued work for deeper subconscious integration. We always move at a pace that feels right for you, supporting you in feeling grounded and empowered throughout your process.

Our first meeting is a gentle introduction where we discuss your goals and how hypnotherapy can support you. You will experience a short introductory induction to help you feel comfortable with the process. From there, the session is tailored specifically to your needs.

Do you offer sessions online?
Is hypnotherapy the same as stage hypnosis?

Yes. Sessions are available online through Zoom, allowing you to experience hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own space.

No. Stage hypnosis is designed for entertainment, while clinical and transformational hypnotherapy is focused on personal growth, healing, and positive change.
